SCHEDULE How to Purchase a Ring

  • Please make a reservation for your visit
    To book an appointment, please fill out the required information and your preferred date and time using our online reservation form. Since it takes about two months to complete your ring after placing an order, we recommend visiting us about 3 to 6 months in advance.

  • Visit to MUQBEL
    Please visit MUQBEL at your reserved time. It takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car from Naha Airport. We recommend coming by rental car for your convenience. MUQBEL is located on the 2nd floor of the Felicidade Building, diagonally across from Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort.

  • Choosing Your Perfect Ring
    Please take your time to compare the rings in person and choose your favorite wedding and engagement rings. If you have any questions, our dedicated concierge will be happy to assist you. We also have an English service guide available, so please feel free to ask.

  • Ordering Your Ring
    Once you find your favorite ring, you can decide on the ring size, the special engraving for the inside, and any unique customizations to make it truly your own. When placing your order, we kindly ask for payment at that time.

  • Crafting Your Rings with Care
    Experienced artisans in Japan will carefully craft your rings with heartfelt dedication. Each wedding and engagement ring is meticulously created to match your exact wishes. Please allow us approximately 1 to 2 months for completion, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

  • Your rings are complete.
    It will take approximately 1.5 to 2 months from the time of your order for your unique rings to be completed. The wedding or engagement rings you ordered will be carefully placed in a special jewelry case. Please look forward to the completion of your rings, filled with your heartfelt emotions.

  • Ring Pickup
    Once your wedding or engagement rings are ready, you can either pick them up at our store or have them delivered to your address. If you choose to visit our store, we offer a special gift to commemorate this memorable occasion – we will take a photo of you both, print it, and present it in a beautiful photo stand as a keepsake.

Since most jewelry stores worldwide offer resizing services, it might be more convenient and cost-effective to have the resizing done at a local jewelry store near you.
